CB arranged Training on Volunteer Management
Caritas Bangladesh organized a training course on Volunteer Management at Caritas Development Institute (CDI) on 7-8 June, 2017 under the PEACH project. A total of 38 senior and mid level staff members from Caritas Central, Regional, Trust and Project Offices participated in the training. The objective of training was to strenthen Caritas staff members’ knowledge on Volunteer Management by making them aware of the nine steps on how to properly manage volunteers. Mr Francis Atul Sarker, Executive Director welcomed the participants and inaugurated the training. The Training was facilitated by Mr Chayon Hubert Rebeiro, Mr Pintu William Gomes and Mr A.T.M. Mozammel Hoque. All the participants had active participation in the training including taking part in group exercises, having debate and raising many questions which was helpful to achieve the objective of the training.
