CB Arranged Training on Team Building for its Senior Staff Members

Caritas Bangladesh (CB) has arranged a training course on Team Building for its Directors, Senior Managers and Sector Heads from 31 May to 2 June 2018 at Hotel Mishuk, Cox’s Bazar with the financial support of Australian Aid through Caritas Australia.Ms Parveen Huda facilitated the training.  The objectives of this training are to increase employee motivation and enhance leadership among the employee to ensure better productivity; to improve group morale and promote team bonding amidst adversity; to increase commitment to defined goals at all levels of the organization; and to promote creativity i.e. working together with other team members outside of office setting.
